CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure efficient scheduling and respect for everyone's time, we kindly request that all Cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe or not showing up for the appointment will result in the forfeiture of any (you will lose your deposit) deposit made. A 30% No Show Fee will be charged if you DO NOT SHOW UP or CANCEL. Additionally, subsequently missing appointments will result in the client not being able to book appointments online.
